Job description
PNW Helping Hands is a behavioral rehabilitation provider for at-risk youth and is seeking individuals who want to make a difference! As a Residential Treatment Coach you would be working directly with at-risk youth to provide structure routine and a supportive environment. Our Residential Treatment Coaches serve as mentors for the children to help them build self-worth and overcome past events and traumas. Currently hiring for multiple positions (primarily swings 3 pm-11 pm. Must be able to work on weekends.
Compensation and Benefits:
- $23.00/hr non-exempt after 90-Day probationary period at $21.00 per hour.

We provide in office training however existing CPR Blood Borne Pathogens and Right Response training is a plus! We also require a negative TB test and annual driving record.
