About the Role:
Park Inc is seeking a professional and motivatedValet Supervisorto lead our valet operations at Memorial Health. This is a high-visibility role where youll ensure smooth traffic flow deliver exceptional customer service and manage a team of valet attendants in a fast-paced healthcare environment. You will be hands on working with the team!
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily valet operations and staff performance
- Ensure timely and courteous vehicle handling for patients and visitors
- Train and mentor valet attendants to uphold service standards
- Monitor safety protocols and resolve customer concerns promptly
- Maintain accurate shift reports and manage scheduling
Qualifications:
- Prior supervisory experience in valet hospitality or customer service
- Valid drivers license with clean driving record (ability to drive manual transmission preferred)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Professional demeanor and ability to remain calm under pressure
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods
