Job Description
We are seeking an automotiveBilling / Accounting Clerktojoin our winning team.
The purpose of the Billing / Accounting Clerk is to accurately record the sale profit and commissions payable on all sold units and to maintain accurate accounting of vehicle inventories.

Responsibilities:
- Process all paperwork from retail sales in accordance with lender and company guidelines.
- Ensure all vehicle retail sales have appropriate documentation in accordance with company revenue recognition policies. Notify the appropriate personnel promptly if deal is missing paperwork or required documents.
- Prepare funding packet to lender specifications and forward promptly for funding. Ensure that funding from lenders occurs in a timely manner.
- Ensure that trade payoffs aremade in a timely manner.
- Review accounting schedule for miscellaneous erroneous entries.
Qualifications:
- Must be proficient on Reynolds and Reynolds.
- Must be have flexibility towork anoccasional night and weekend when necessary due month end and workload needs.
- Must be dependable and detailed
- Must be accustomed to working under strict deadlines.
- In-depth knowledge of bookkeeping theories and practices.
- Ability to handle responsibilities independently with minimum supervision.
- Excellent computer skills including Excel and Word.
- Excellent written verbal and communication skills.
- Must be able to work well with people on all levels and be able to communicate effectively with them.
