You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Hospitality Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food and beverage industry excellent communication skills and a proven track record of managing a successful restaurant.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant including managing staff inventory and customer service
- Ensure that all guests receive exceptional service and have a positive dining experience
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Maintain high standards of food quality cleanliness and safety
- Train and mentor staff to ensure they are knowledgeable and efficient in their roles
- Manage budgets and financial reporting
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to create and update menus
- Build and maintain relationships with customers vendors and suppliers
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of food and beverage industry trends and best practices
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and restaurant management software
- Bachelors degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
