Job Summary:
The Program Coordinator will assist the Interim Director of Marist Italy to manage branch campus operations. This includes the coordination of clubs LdM activities residence life activities and student events. The Program Coordinator will also maintain emergency contact databases and support visits from the home campus exchange faculty and prospective students and families. The Program Coordinator takes the lead in supporting students visa and immigration processes. This is a live-in position in the Marist Residence in Florence with the Program Coordinator assisting the Residence Life Coordinator to supervise student housing. This position participates in the on-call emergency phone rotation.
Minimum Qualifications:
Applicants must be European Union (EU) citizens or have prior and ongoing permission to work in Italy visa sponsorship is not possible at this time.

Extensive knowledge of Florence and Tuscany including both major cultural sites and lesser-known local resources; familiarity with civil services transportation systems and other programs and opportunities available to foreign students.
