Job Description
Fabricator
Our client an industry leading manufacturing company is seeking a Fabricator for a full time opening. This is a first shift position providing excellent benefits.
Responsibilities:
*Plan layout and perform diversified work which may be characterized as short run production or job shop (custom work).
*Includes work involving critical safety and load requirements or welding where appearance is critical.
*Works from more complex specifications drawings and welding symbols.
*May provide technical direction to others.
Requirements:
*Proficient with MIG and TIG welding
*Experience with Plasma and oxyacetylene cutting equipment
*Attention to detail and good organizational skills
*Understanding reading blueprints and symbols
*Able to work independently
*Shall possess personal hand tools
*Basic computer skills required
*High School diploma or equivalent
*Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar position or role
*Salary commensurate with skills and experience
