Whats The Job The Receiving Clerk will be responsible for accurately receiving inspecting and recording inbound materials in compliance with company standards. This role ensures that all materials are received according to purchase orders meet quality requirements and are properly documented in the ERP system. The Receiving Clerk will support warehouse operations maintain accuracy in inventory and uphold safety and food quality standards.
Schedule: Monday Friday What Youll Be Doing Stop Scanning and Read This Part
- Accurately receive inbound purchase orders into ERP.
- Verify all accompanying documentation (COA BOL PO packing list).
- Inspect incoming materials to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Create and apply labels for received materials.
- Manage inbound dock appointments.
- Assist with truck loading and unloading.
- Stage completed pallets in designated areas.
- Create transfer orders for 3PL.
- Assist with outbound LTL appointments.
- Follow GMP and warehouse safety standards at all times.
- Operate pallet jacks forklifts scanners and other equipment safely.
- Other duties as assigned.
What Youve Done And Who You Are - Minimum of 1 year of work experience required.
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Prior warehouse experience preferred.
- Experience with pallet jacks and forklifts preferred; ability to obtain certification
- required.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible willing and quick to learn new processes and technology.
- A relentless drive to get things done and willingness to roll up your sleeves.

Physical Demands - Speaking: Constantly (collaborating with departments updating partners).

- Ability to obtain and maintain pallet jack/forklift certification.
- Work in a warehouse environment with seasonal temperature changes.
