Job Summary
Security Supervisor (North Shore MA)
Schedule:Sunday to Thursday or Tuesday to Saturday
Shift: Willvary between 2nd and 3rd shift
Locations:Northshore MA (Revere Everett Somerville Malden Medford)
Pay range: $23.00 - $25.00 / hour

Job Description:
As aSecurity Supervisor you will play a crucial role in leading training and ensuring the safety and security of our premises assets and personnel.
- Oversee and manage security systems.
- Conduct routine security patrols and enforce site protocols.
- Supervise security officers ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Manage shift schedules and monitor officer attendance.
- Follow and enforce site-specific post orders and assigned duties
Requirements :
- Oversight of multiple residential security sites.
- Leadership of multiple security officers.
- Scheduling and problem solving skills required.
- Frequent communication and coordination with Account Managers required.
- Ability to work varying shifts and have a flexible schedule.
- Previous security experience required supervisory experience preferred.
- Must have personal vehicle..
