Commercial Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a team. This role is essential in managing middle-market accounts ensuring client satisfaction and maintaining the highest standards of you are a licensed Property & Casualty professional with a passion for delivering exceptional service we encourage you to apply.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of middle-market accounts with premiums ranging from $10000 to $50000.
- Handle quoting renewals and endorsements for clients.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Utilize Epic software to manage client information and workflows.
- Maintain compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses/Designations: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a similar role managing commercial lines accounts.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Epic software is preferred.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
