Job Purpose: To gain real world experience in the successful manufacturing of food products

Responsibilities:

Gain exposure to the job responsibilities of a full-time Team Leader
Review production processes against the current Process Specification Summary
Assist Team Leaders with information gathering to optimize performance
Document job descriptions for key positions identifying major accountabilities
Assist with the supervision of a staff of approximately 15-30 employees
The position is very hands-on - interns are usually in the production area on-their-feet about 80% of the shift

Requirements:

Must graduate in August 2026 December 2026 or May 2027 and major in Supply Chain Operations Business Administration Agribusiness Management Industrial Management or related field with a minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA preferred
Demonstrated leadership persuasive initiative analytical and communication skills are necessary for success in this position
Possess a strong work ethic and an entrepreneurial spirit
Must be a Citizen or National of the United States a lawful permanent resident or have authorization to work in the United States

This position will require access to and/or the utilization of a personal motor vehicle to get to and from the workplace.

Location and Hours:

Location possibilities include Atlanta GA Austin MN Dubuque IA Osceola IA Rochelle IL Long Prairie MN or Willmar MN
Location is based on business needs at the time an offer is made
Position is approximately 40 hours per week beginning late May and ending mid-August

Compensation/Benefits:

Competitive wage: $24/ hour
Paid housing allowance
Reimbursement of all expenses incurred on the job
