Implementations Coordinator

We are looking for an Implementation Coordinator to join our Client Delivery team. The Implementation Coordinator will be responsible for managing and overseeing implementations from start to finish. By collaborating with external consultants to coordinate and support the implementation process the Implementation Coordinator will ensure successful and high-quality LEAP implementations. This position will report to the Manager of Client Delivery.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Managing own implementation pipeline and seeing implementations through from start to finish.
• Ensuring that a high standard of data entry is maintained in internal systems.
• Checking clients PCs for System Requirement compatibility using remote access software.
• Scheduling all implementations that are kept in-house for onboarding.
• Liaising with clients and setting their expectations for the data migration.
• Following up with clients after the implementation.
• Obtaining Implementation Surveys Answering clients pre-implementation queries.
• Assist external consultants with client queries Identify & resolve issues and enquiries from members of the team including Partner Network and Clients.
• Maintain Implementation documentation policies and procedures.
• Monitor correct use of LEAP policies & procedures.
• Revising Implementation processes to improve client & consultant experience.
• Assist with organizing required training presentations and events for external consultants.
• General Troubleshooting

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven ability to manage projects from start to finish with strong organizational and planning skills.
• A strong customer orientation with the ability to build rapport and manage client relationships effectively.
• Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and be flexible and adaptable in a changing environment.
• Basic understanding of IT systems software or the specific technology being implemented.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues identify and resolve project roadblocks and make informed decisions independently.
• Ability to work both autonomously and within a team environment
• Self-motivated to innovate within the job
• Experience working in Software as a Service (SaaS) legal or legal tech industry (optional).
