About The Opportunity

The Growth & Demand Generation specialist supports the planning and execution of digital marketing programs that contribute to pipeline generation and customer acquisition for our B2B brands.

Reporting into the Growth & Demand Generation Manager in region this role is responsible for the coordination optimisation and reporting of campaigns across digital paid SEO and automation channels.

The specialist ensures campaign and acquisition program consistency supports global strategy and enables localised execution in partnership with brand and regional teams.

This role works in a team of specialists across automation paid media SEO CRO and digital channels ensuring day-to-day campaign execution optimization and technical implementation align with strategic growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Growth & Demand Digital Execution

• Support the execution of integrated marketing campaigns across paid media social media email SEO and website in partnership with relevant channel owners.
• Manage day-to-day operations of campaign workflows including asset coordination QA testing and reporting.
• Monitor and optimise paid channel performance in collaboration with brand and paid media teams.
• Work with automation & CRM campaign specialists to build and optimise nurture flows and triggered campaigns

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

• Provide campaign reporting and insights tracking metrics such as MQLs CTR conversions and lead quality.
• Support attribution analysis and reporting alignment with marketing and sales stakeholders.

SEO & Organic Support

• Contribute to SEO strategy implementation and content planning in alignment with broader marketing initiatives.
• Support the planning and coordination of organic social content ensuring alignment with paid and campaign goals

Collaboration & Campaign Support

• Collaborate cross-functionally with content brand sales and product teams to ensure campaign alignment.
• Assist in managing campaign plans and contribute to campaign post-mortems and optimisation planning.

Enablement & Best Practice Sharing

• Act as a center of excellence for growth and demand generation facilitating knowledge sharing campaign toolkits and performance benchmarks across markets and brands.

Experience & Qualifications

• 35 years experience in digital marketing performance media or demand generation roles within a B2B environment.
• Strong familiarity with paid channels (Google LinkedIn programmatic) email automation tools and campaign reporting platforms.
• Experience working cross-functionally in matrixed or global teams.
• Understanding of digital campaign KPIs and basic attribution models.
• Strong attention to detail time management and communication skills.
• Minimum Bachelors Degree in Business Marketing Digital Marketing.
• Certification in relevant platforms such as Google Meta LinkedIn product suites.

For this position we anticipate offering an annual salary of $80000. Base salary is dependent on relevant factors including experience geographic location and job requirements.
