Purpose:
Chemetics Inc. (Worley Group) is a diversified technology company that provides design and engineering solutions to the chloralkaline sodium chlorate chlorine dioxide and sulphuric acid industries worldwide. It is a Company with a 60-year history in Vancouver with diverse cultures talents and highly skilled professionals. Chemetics operates a specialized alloy fabrication shop in Pickering ON.
We are currently recruiting for a team includes world class experts and dynamic go-getters. This is afull-time position based at our fabrication facility in Pickering ON Canada. The Receptionist is responsible to provide support to fabrication shop staff and the HSE Manager with a variety of administrative duties as well as greeting visitors and taking general calls for the business.
Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors take calls and direct deliveries to the fabrication shop.
- Organize couriers and order office supplies.
- Assist in the administrative support of the health safety and environmental (HSE) system.
What you will bring:
Technical and Industry Experience:
- Proficient with various MS Office programs.
- Friendly disposition with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer service oriented.
- Ability to handle multiple and competing priorities.
- Attention to detail.
Education Qualifications Accreditation Training:
Required:
- High school diploma.
