Description
SUMMARY:
Responsible for performing highly diversified duties to install troubleshoot repair and maintain production and facility equipment according to safety predictive and productive maintenance systems and processes to support the achievement of the sites business goals and objectives.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assists in performing preventative and scheduled maintenance on plant air electrical plumbing heating vacuum and air conditioning systems.
- Assists in performing building maintenance both repairs and renovations.
- Assists in performing production supportive maintenance.
- Adhere to company policies including attendance and punctuality
- Communicate with co-workers management and others in a courteous and professional manner;
- Conform with and abide by all regulations policies work procedures and instructions.
- Other duties assigned by management are a part of this job description.
Qualifications
- Excellent attention to detail time management skills and meeting deadlines
- Ability to reflect positive attitude and disciplined work ethic
- Ability to work in a team or independently
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIE
None.
- High school diploma or equivalent experience in leadership.
KNOWLEDGE SKILL AND ABILITY
- Good communications and human relations skills.
- Experience in all phases of maintenance.
