Covia is seeking motivated and high-potential recent college graduates to join our New Graduate Trainee Program an immersive 18-month development experience designed to build future leaders across our U.S. plant network. This rotational program offers real-world hands-on exposure to plant operations production quality maintenance safety and supply chain.
Trainees will complete structured assignments in key functional areas and work closely with experienced plant leaders to develop their technical leadership and problem-solving skills. Upon successful completion trainees will transition into a full-time role.
