RETTEW is seeking a Survey Project Manager to join our growing this role youll manage survey projects from kickoff through delivery ensuring technical quality client satisfaction and timely results. Work Environment
- Hybrid (3 days/week in-office)
- Locations: Lancaster Lehigh Valley or Berwyn PA
Position Summary / What Youll Do
The Survey Project Manager will oversee survey projects from planning through completion working closely with clients and internal teams to deliver accurate high-quality results. You will play a key role in mentoring staff growing client relationships and ensuring that projects meet scope schedule and budget goals.
Responsibilities / Day-to-Day
- Manage survey projects from proposal through final deliverables.
- Oversee scope schedule and budget while ensuring technical quality.
- Collaborate with engineers planners and designers to integrate survey data into projects.
- Lead mentor and develop survey staff.
- Prepare proposals cost estimates and client communications.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Ensure compliance with standards codes and safety practices.
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelors degree in Surveying Civil Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license in PA or ability to obtain within 6 months.
- 5 years of progressive survey project experience.
- Strong project management skills including budget and schedule management.
- Excellent communication and client-relations skills.
Preferred
- PLS license in multiple states.
- Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D and/or GIS.
- Previous leadership or staff mentoring experience.
