Position Goal: Provide high-level administrative support to the Assistant Director assuring efficient operation of the Workforce Development office and registration data entry for daytime : Minimum of high school diploma with a minimum of four years of relevant experience with a thorough knowledge of clerical routines Competency in automated office equipment and technology Strong analytical communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multi-task and willingness to solve problems Knowledge of accounting procedures database entry and inventory control Ability to maintain confidentiality is essentialPrimary Responsibilities: Must be able to work a flexible nontraditional schedule with weekday evening and occasional weekend on-site presence required to support Assistant Director in the supervision of day evening and weekend classes as determined by course schedule to total a 40 hour week Oversees office operations student registration accounts payable and receivable for student tuition and grants associated with the Workforce Development program Process correspondence to current and prospective students educational and workforce development partners Create reports and maintain records associated with the Workforce Development program Design basic graphic media as needed for NCCC day and evening programs. Support registration process in Powerschool for NCCC secondary students Maintain NCCC website for day and evening programmingTerms of Employment: School Session 8 hours per day 40 hours per week will include evenings and : Hourly wages and benefits according to negotiated agreement.
