Job Description
Overview
Responsibilities
Stakeholder Management: Act as a liaison between the VBCI and internal stakeholders including senior leadership department heads and cross-functional teams fostering open communication and alignment; Build and maintain effective relationships with external partners community organizations and key stakeholders to support strategic partnerships and collaboration efforts.
Operational Oversight: Provide oversight and support for key operational activities including budgeting resource allocation and performance management ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and objectives; Collaborate with department heads and operational leaders to streamline processes optimize efficiency and drive continuous improvement initiatives; Drive Operational support r/t coordinate across multiple health system entities. Ensuring operations related to Care Delivery to seamless and optimized.
Project Management: Lead and/or support strategic projects and initiatives on behalf of the VBCI coordinating cross-functional teams establishing timelines and milestones and ensuring successful project delivery; Monitor project progress identify barriers to success and implement mitigation strategies to keep initiatives on track and within budget.
Team Management: Provide leadership and direction to staff members fostering a culture of excellence collaboration and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Minimum of 7 years experience in value-based care ACOs or clinically integrated networks.
Minimum 5 years experience in an operations role within a healthcare organization.
Minimum 3 years experience in a leadership role within a healthcare organization.
Preferred:
Leadership experience preferably in a value based ACO or clinically integrated environment.
