DescriptionOracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is transforming how media and entertainment (M&E) companies innovate in the cloud from global film studios to game developers and broadcast giants. As the Senior Director M&E Solutions & Partner Success youll build and lead a new team of customer-facing technical experts to accelerate adoption of OCI by bridging the gap between cutting-edge cloud infrastructure and industry-specific workflows.
Your team will be the technical linchpin for M&E customers and partners ensuring seamless integration of OCI services with third-party ISV solutions. By centralizing ownership of ISV onboarding solution design and complex deployments youll eliminate friction in the customer journey and position OCI as the premier cloud platform for M&E innovation.
ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities:
- Build & Lead a High-Impact Team: Hire mentor and scale a team of Solution Architects with expertise in M&E workflows OCI infrastructure and partner integrations.
- Drive ISV Success: Own end-to-end technical enablement for ISVs - architecting integration blueprints resolving blockers and ensuring Marketplace readiness.
Design Repeatable Solutions: Develop a Solutions Library (e.g. whitepapers reference architectures deployment templates) that combine OCI services with partner tools to solve customer challenges. - Accelerate Customer Migrations: Partner with Strategic Customer Engineering (SCE) and sales teams to design and deploy bespoke workflows (e.g. multi-region file systems hybrid render farms secure asset pipelines).
- Voice of the Field: Translate customer and ISV feedback into actionable insights for OCI product teams shaping roadmap priorities and closing critical platform gaps. Cross-Functional Leadership: Align with Product Management Engineering and Sales teams to turn OCIs strategy into reality.
Qualifications:
- 10 years in technical roles (Solutions Architecture Consulting Engineering) with hands-on experience in media creation production distribution and consumption pipelines.
- Deep cloud expertise ideally OCI or AWS including compute storage networking and hybrid cloud architectures.
- Proven leadership: Experience hiring and managing technical teams while staying hands-on with customer engagements.
- ISV & partner ecosystem savvy: Track record of enabling third-party software integrations in cloud environments.
- Customer-first mindset: Ability to navigate complex deployments troubleshoot cross-stack issues and build trust with enterprise clients.
- Communication superpower: Skilled at translating technical concepts for executives engineers customers and creatives alike.
- Education: Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science Engineering or related field.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position.
