Job Summary:
As an Employee Relations Partner within the Global Employee Relations Team you will conduct and facilitate complex sensitive and time-critical ER investigations. You will partner with HR colleagues and business managers to implement strategies plans and interventions that develop and maintain a high-performing work environment. Your role will be pivotal in consulting on complex ER matters providing effective advice resolution and remediation.
Job Responsibilities:
- Consult on complex ER matters providing effective advice resolution and remediation.
- Document investigative paths recommendations and resolutions; write investigative summaries in a clear concise and legally defensible manner.
- Conduct climate assessments using inclusive investigative skills to identify underlying issues.
- Engage control partners including Global Securities and Investigations Legal Compliance and HR colleagues to resolve serious work situations.
- Execute a robust risk and controls agenda.
- Provide ER learning sessions and reporting to address emerging trends and issues.
- Perform other similar functions.
Required Qualifications Capabilities and Skills:
- Bachelors Degree in Business Human Resources Management Law or related fields.
- 5 years of HR experience in the shared services/BPO industry focusing on end-to-end employee relations case management.
- Knowledgeable of HR practices and the financial impact of HR decisions.
- Understanding of Asia Pacific employment and labor laws.
- Expert knowledge of ER practices arbitration mediation legal proceedings and fair employment practices.
Preferred Qualifications Capabilities and Skills:
- Strong investigation consulting and problem resolution experience with the ability to influence all employee levels.
- Ability to quickly size up complex people/business situations develop alternatives and make sound recommendations.
- Insightful in assessing issues/potential risks and recommending balanced solutions.
- Proficient in critical thinking data analytics and judgment to make fact-based decisions.
