We are seeking a visionary experienced Beauty Head for our VLCC Clinic. To provide a wide range of exceptional beauty services to clients enhancing their appearance and well-being while adhering to VLCCs standards and creating superior customer satisfaction.



Profile - Beauty Head


Location - Delhi / Gurgaon


Experience - Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in a similar field


Education - Doctor/ Dermatologist/ Cosmetologist with additional qualifications in hair & skin

(BDS may also be considered as would relevant others working in the Beauty industry as trainers or in direct sales).


Preference - Female



Skills:


Excellent communication Sales Leadership organizational and decision-making skills. Strong understanding of healthcare regulations standards and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:



Technical & Operational Excellence


1. Verify safe handling & maintenance of all equipment of the Beauty section.

2. Study Beauty cards of booked clients for planning appointments & conduct first skin analysis.

3. Ensure Beauty cards are filled with client signature comments & photographs. Also ensure all consent forms wherever required are duly signed by the customers.

4. Track & ensure the consumption of products as per SOPs (with zero pilferages).

5. Assist and plan to maintain Beauty staff individual productivity as per company standards.

6. Ensure cleanliness of the Beauty section therapy rooms & salon.

7. Supervise maintenance of all Beauty appliances (& inform CH/ABH/ RH Corporate about machines requiring repair).

8. Ensure Beauty stock ordering at the Centre & Physical verification of stock as per defined guidelines. Forecast of the same to be given to the Accountant for final compilation of the total stocks and order placement after approval from the Centre Head. Follow policy of FOFO for product consumption.

9. Confirm implementation of zero session & subsequent session process for all Beauty customers.

10. Ensure regular follow-up of clients on break to minimize the unexecuted packages and inform all clients on package validity.

11. Oversee results & follow the escalation matrix process (if required) to deliver the desired outcomes to the customers.

12. Track & ensure room SOPs & SOP Service protocols are followed by all execution staff.

13. Confirm all executions are timely entered in the software on daily basis.

14. Ensure all Beauty appointments are entered in the software as per defined guidelines.

15. To ensure a Beauty Therapist Nurse/ Self is provided to assist the Doctor on Dermat procedures.

16. To ensure rotation of work to all staff for all new clients and maintain record.

17. To personally supervise maintenance of all Beauty machines. To inform the CH / ABH/ AH and Corporate about Beauty machines requiring repair.



Sales Excellence


1. Achieve the sales & execution targets of Beauty Derma Services & Products (including targets for self).

2. Improve RBS /Upselling of Beauty Derma Fixed and Custom Packages/ Cross-selling of Slimming Packages.

3. Plan & execute sales events in coordination with ABH/RH/Corporate.

4. To be a key resource in daily client connect with Rekindle calling program and do defined calls per day



Customer Excellence


1. Drive customer excellence by ensuring high standards of service by the Beauty team.

2. Ensure regular follow-up of clients & execution of packages within validity.

3. Address client concerns proactively & ensure client satisfaction.

4. Implement corporate policies & SOPs conducting audits & reviews for compliance.

5. Liaise with the Corporate Office for updates technical inputs & stock availability.

6. Send required information to RH/ ABH/ Corporate Office including the number of clients booked completed packages beauty assessment walk in transfer and HNI VIP clients & other reports.


Leadership & Team Management


1. Conduct recruitment induction & orientation of new Beauty staff as per SOPs.

2. Lead & develop the Beauty team to enhance performance service delivery & service efficacy (Inform Beauty Staff about the monthly promotional offers & incentive policy).

3. Conduct regular meetings with staff for sorting out grievances & taking suggestions for improvement.

4. Check attendance (plan for absenteeism) work allocation (Beauty bookings & distribution/rotation of work) & manage weekly off days for Beauty staff.

5. Responsible for grooming training discipline & welfare of Beauty staff.
