In Financial Market Infrastructure Directorate (FMID) you will join a directorate at the heart of the Bank responsible for supervision policy and technical risk analysis on the infrastructure that sits at the core of the financial system - payment systems central counterparties and central securities depositories. Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic PA to provide secretarial support to the Head of Innovation and Payment Policy Division (Emma Butterworth) and 2 Senior Managers (Magda Rutkowska and Pavel Chichkanov). This would suit an ambitious PA who is looking to develop their existing skills and gain a wide experience working in a busy office. The jobholder would form part of a wider team supporting the directorate.
The role is to support the HoD and Senior managers lead on all aspects of running the Division taking on tasks such as organising divisional away days budget tracking expenses events and senior management meetings.
This is an exciting position with a varied and interesting workload with opportunities to display your own initiative. You will have the chance help develop the divisions processes and infrastructure including how new technology like M365 and Co-Pilot can be leveraged to ensure it runs smoothly and efficiently and is a great place to work.
The support team is self-covering so the jobholder will be required to help cover absences on the unit including covering the Executive Director PA role.
