3twenty Modular is currently seeking a Proposal and Estimating Coordinator to join our growing team on a full-time permanent basis. This opportunity is based in Saskatoon SK.

What youll do:
- Collaborate with the sales team to gather project requirements and specifications.
- Coordinate with design and subcontractors to ensure the feasibility and cost-effectiveness of proposals.
- Develop accurate cost estimates for modular construction projects considering materials labour and other relevant factors.
- Prepare detailed proposals in collaboration with the sales and project management teams.
- Act as a liaison between the sales and operations teams to ensure seamless handover of projects.
- Continuously improve and streamline the proposal and estimating process.
- Stay informed about industry trends and pricing to provide competitive and accurate estimates.
- Other duties as assigned.
Who youll work with:
The Team: You will collaborate closely with our Co-founders designers and project managers to ensure the successful estimation of projects. During the construction phases you will work closely with our team of carpenters and labourers to bring projects to life.
Collaborators: By forming key relationships with our supply chain and subcontractors we are able to collaborate on designs that result in high-quality cost-efficient builds for our customers.
What youll bring:
- Bachelors degree in business engineering or a related field.
- Five years or more of relevant experience is preferred; a combination of experience and education may be considered.
- Technical understanding of construction processes and materials.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical information to a diverse audience.
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced evolving work environment.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers.

- Flexible schedules! We just asked that staff have a consistent start time between 7:30-9:00 am and work an 8-hour day.
