DescriptionPosition Summary:
This role exists to help improve the customer experience and reduce/mitigate tire expense. This will be accomplished by identifying opportunities at field locations customer sites or service providers. The Tire Management Specialist will serve as the primary point of contact and SME for their assigned geographic area and will make recommendations and action plans for field leadership (AMM DSM DM) that will provide improved tire costs through a focus on improving customer uptime location efficiencies and program compliance. The Tire Management Specialist will be responsible for developing implementing and tracking action plans as well as reporting progress of those action plans to leadership.
Major Responsibilities:
- Performs fleet/location inspections/reviews for high tire cost. Includes review of tools procedures fleet application tire models and compliance of PTLs tire program.
- Lead customer reviews as it relates to Tire program and cost mitigation actions plans.
- Analyzes data to identify fleet and location opportunities for reducing tire cost focusing on Outside Service Spend and 24/7. Provides insights and action plans on how to reduce these costs.
- Conducts/creates training for field leadership and Technicians.
- Attend and facilitate all scrap tire analysis sessions for the PTL and processes (Issuing PO communicating 2nd chance rebill identifying trends).
- Other projects/tasks as assigned.
QualificationsQualifications:
- High school diploma required. Bachelors degree preferred.
- Certification in Six Sigma Black belt and/or Change Management.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in tire industry in sales engineering specing or fleet service/ or fleet management role overseeing tire program.
- Minimum 2 years experience in a leadership role preferred.
- Intermediate knowledge of fleet services & sales.
- Professional skills in negotiating & analytics.
- Communication skills both verbal and written.
- Detail oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills
- Regular predictable full attendance is an essential function of the job

Salary:The salary range for this position is $67600 to $91200
