Are you highly organized and great with people Do you have a passion for sales and customer service Do you thrive in a dynamic environment If so join our team as the Assistant Manager at our Pelican Bay and Villas at Laketowne apartment communities in Kenner LA and help prospective residents find their perfect home!

Qualifications
What Youll Do:
- Greet and engage with prospective residents providing tours of available units and amenities
- Coordinate the apartment make-ready process for new resident move-ins
- Respond to inquiries via phone email and in person
- Guide applicants through the leasing process from application to move-in
- Build and maintain positive relationships with residents to ensure retention
- Assist with marketing efforts and community events
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with leasing policies and Fair Housing laws
What Were Looking For:
- Previous experience in sales and customer service; experience in property management preferred
- Excellent organizational skills to keep make-readies on task and on time
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in property management software; Appfolio experience preferred or willingness to learn
- A goal-driven mindset with a passion for helping others
- Ability to work an occasional Saturday if needed
