As part of the broader Services Analytics team the Data Governance Analyst is responsible for delivering data management and data governance solutions that support the business intelligence and analytics needs of Cushman and Wakefield clients.Job Description
About the Role:
Data Governance Support: Assist in defining documenting and enforcing data governance standards policies and processes to ensure data quality and consistency across the enterprise data platform.
Metadata & Documentation: Maintain business glossaries metadata repositories and data dictionaries; support source-to-target data mapping and ensure traceability across data domains.
Data Quality & Analysis: Conduct data profiling lineage analysis and quality assessments; investigate anomalies and support root cause analysis and remediation efforts.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with stakeholders to define Critical Data Elements (CDEs) translate reporting needs into data requirements and implement standardized data quality rules.
Monitoring & Reporting: Track and report data quality KPIs participate in governance forums and ensure compliance with governance standards while supporting BI and platform enhancements.
