ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking motivated energetic and customer-centric individuals with apassion for technologyto join our Support this role youll be at the frontline of supporting both new and existingEwayandEzidebitcustomers handling a wide range of technical and service-related inquiries. Youll play a key role in troubleshooting issues guiding customers through solutions and ensuring a seamless experience throughout their journey with us.
Working in a small collaborative team within an open-plan office youll combine customer service excellence with technical problem-solving helping to build long-term customer loyalty.
SALARY
The salary for this role is $150000 superannuation.
