Job Description
- 1st Level Technical Remote Troubleshooting
- Support Service arrangement for new Project
- Support Service arrangement for new Maintenance
- Technical related hotline support
- Support Service arrangement to carry out training
- Provide guidance and views in support of opportunities for new work streams
- Review and verification of technical reports
- Other tasks assigned by superior
- Diploma or bachelors degree in electrical/Electronic Mechanical Mechatronic in Engineering or equivalent.
- Preferable experienced insemiconductormachinery servicing environment(die sorter pick & place process vision inspection robot handling)
- Fulfill customer service support requirements with accuracy and efficiency.
- Adhere to instructions and guidance provided by team leaders and supervisors.
- Willingness and ability to travel internationally when required
