Job Description
Castlemartyr Resort are currently recruiting for an Accommodation Supervisor to join our Team.
Roles and Responsibilities
- To ensure all Accommodation staff Linen/House Porters and Maintenance comply with the standards laid down in the Training Manual regarding uniform work standards systems and hygiene levels.
- To be familiar with the days business regarding room occupancy special requirements and VIP needs and to react to same.
- To liaise with Reception Senior Management and Maintenance to ensure all rooms are ready and at a 5 star standard.
- To issue and monitor all work given to the Accommodation Assistants and maintenance throughout the day to ensure tasks meet the defined standards
- To actively train all staff to the standards laid down in the Training Manual and monitor their work performance
The Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience in a 4 or 5 star property
- Leadership skills
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent Organisational skills
