What Youll Be Doing

  • Welcome visitors and ensure a professional friendly reception experience.
  • Answer screen and direct calls using a multi-line phone system.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence (mail email etc.).
  • Maintain and organize electronic and paper files.
  • Support administrative tasks like data entry filing and document prep.
  • Coordinate office supplies and maintain an orderly workspace.
  • Assist staff and management with ad-hoc support tasks.

What Were Looking For

  • 24 years in a reception or administrative support role in a professional office.
  • High School Diploma (Business Admin certificate/diploma is a plus).
  • Strong interpersonal written and verbal communication skills.
  • Polished professional and organized with a positive attitude.
  • Proficient in MS Word Excel Outlook; database/system experience is a bonus.
