Whats The Job The Supervisor Packaging will oversee and optimize packaging operations to ensure quality efficiency and safety across our production facilities. This role is responsible for supervising daily packaging workflows leading a team of packaging associates and collaborating cross-functionally to maintain compliance with food safety standards productivity goals and company values. The ideal candidate will bring proven leadership experience in a manufacturing or packaging environment with a strong focus on developing people building systems for continuous improvement and maintaining a positive team-oriented culture.
What Youll Be Doing Stop Scanning and Read This Part
- Supervise the day-to-day operations of packaging ensuring safety efficiency and accuracy.
- Create strong cross-functional relationships to assist in the smooth operation of the facility.
- Lead coach and develop team members through training feedback and annual
- performance reviews.
- Assist with the onboarding and training of new hires.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment ensuring adherence to all safety guidelines
- and company standards.
- Monitor and prioritize workflow and staffing to meet production deadlines.
- Establish and communicate daily weekly and monthly objectives.
- Oversee the safe use of equipment and coordinate with maintenance for scheduled service.
- Track and report packaging performance metrics to senior leadership.
- Detect issues in efficiency quality or safety and drive solutions.
- Collaborate with food safety and quality teams to ensure compliance with SQF GMP and
- other regulatory requirements.
- Other duties as assigned.
What Youve Done And Who You Are
- 2 years of proven experience in a supervisory role within packaging or manufacturing.
- High School Diploma required bachelors degree in business engineering or a related field
- preferred.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills with a results-driven approach.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Sharp focus on production accuracy safety and continuous improvement.
- Strong analytical problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with production reporting tools a plus.
- Flexible to work long hours as required to meet production needs and deadlines.
- Someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment is willing to roll up their sleeves and
- enjoys collaborating across teams.
- Adept at coaching motivating and developing people to their fullest potential.

Physical Demands
- Speaking: Constant communication across departments and with team members.
- Mobility: Frequent walking throughout the Oats Overnight facility (warehouse and production

- Must be able to work near food ingredients with potential exposure to food allergens.
- Work performed inside an air-conditioned manufacturing and warehouse environment.
