The Opportunity
We are looking for a Sales Procurement Specialist who will be part of a team exclusively supporting one of our key clients under a fixed monthly billing agreement. This role will be responsible for order fulfillment sourcing parts processing warranty claims and ensuring an overall positive customer experience which may include after-hours coverage. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer support serving as a dedicated contact for all contract-related inquiries
- Process parts orders from inventory and source from external suppliers including original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) when necessary
- Analyze inventory consumption trends and place orders to replenish stock proactively.
- Manage warranty claims coordinating replacements and returns
- Ensure urgent product delivery for next flight out (NFO) and down site scenarios including after-hours coverage
- Maintain accurate records in the companys ERP system and generate reports as needed
- Collaborate with other departments and team members to optimize workflows and meet performance targets
- Maintain our ISO 13485 compliance by following processes and relevant work instructions. You may be asked to create review and update work instructions related to your role to support clear and streamlined workflows
Knowledge Skills and Abilities youll need for this opportunity:
- 1 Years of job experience related to our list of key responsibilities
- Experience in order fulfillment logistics or supply chain management preferred
- Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Willingness to be hands-on and work closely with team members
- Ability to work in a fast-paced office / warehouse setting
- Ability to handle multiple high priority items at once
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle time-sensitive situations and provide after-hours support as required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel
- ERP and CRM system knowledge and experience Microsoft Dynamics is a plus
- Willingness to work within a defined quality management system and a passion for continuous improvement
