Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our client a family-owned leader in luxury appliances serving builders designers and homeowners across the Baltimore/DC Metro area.
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service through various channels including phone email and chat
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding products and services
- Schedule service technicians based on territories workloads and client needs
- Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain up-to-date customer records
- Collaborate with team members to resolve issues and improve overall client satisfaction.
- Communicate proactively with clients on status updates and backordered parts
- Coordinate with manufacturers for product exchanges concessions or warranty claims
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in customer service scheduling or service coordination (appliance HVAC plumbing electrical or similar required)
- Proficient computer skills including data entry and Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent typing skills with attention to detail for accurate documentation
- A positive attitude strong work ethic and commitment to delivering high-quality service
Additional Information:
- Location:Jessup MD (onsite)
- Pay: $22.00 - $25.00
- Hours: 9:00am - 5:00pm
- Schedule: Monday - Friday (Rotating half Saturdays every 2 months)
- Type:Direct-Hire / Permanent
