Job Description

Superintendent Internship Program



Our Goal: The purpose of this program is to develop highly skilled dependable and qualified Construction Superintendents. Providing a path from Entry-Level to competent leaders.

Minimum Requirements:

  1. 16 Years old
  2. Authorized to work in the US
  3. Drivers license/reliable transportation
  4. Pass a drug screening
  5. Pass a background check

As a superintendent intern you will learn how to oversee day-to-day field operations including scheduling coordinating subcontractors and ensuring work meets quality and safety standards. Youll gain hands-on experience in reading and interpreting blueprints tracking project progress and communicating with project managers crews and clients. You will also develop leadership skills by observing how to manage teams effectively and problem-solve issues that arise on-site. This internship will give you a strong foundation in both the technical and management aspects of construction supervision. Expect 80% field time and 20% office time.

Pay is subject to experience.
