Job Description

At Baird communication isnt just a function its a strategic force that helps empower our advisor teams to grow and serve clients better. As aPWM Communications Analytics Coordinator youll be at the heart of this mission transforming data into insights that shape how we connect inform and inspire.

Youll be the go-to expert for tracking and analyzing communication performance ensuring our messages reach the right people in the most effective ways. Your work will directly support advisors by helping them stay informed aligned and equipped to deliver exceptional client experiences.

What Youll Do

  • Champion the analytics and insights strategy for PWM Communications and partner closely with internal teams to align data initiatives and communication goals.
  • Build and maintain tracking systems that guide communication decisions.
  • Analyze performance metrics and share actionable insights.
  • Gather feedback through surveys calls and focus groups to drive continuous improvement.
  • Support content scheduling editing and publishing across intranet and live events.
  • Manage a master communications calendar to optimize flow and alignment.
  • Create tools and templates that streamline collaboration across teams.
  • Develop project trackers and help the team meet key deadlines.

What You Bring :

  • Bachelors degree or a minimum of 1-3 years working experience in Business Analytics Information Systems Economics Statistics or similar fields.
  • Experience in visualization tools such as Alterx Tableau Power BI or similar data preparation tools.
  • Familiarity with SQL Big Query Excel or other data manipulation tools.
  • Ability to handle multiple assignments at once and produce results with accuracy and reliability.
  • Must be a strategic thinker and a quick study.
  • Excellent customer service skills; must interact effectively with all levels and areas within Baird.
  • Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a team environment.
