The Campaign Coordinator plays a critical role in managing the end-to-end execution of video production campaigns across Medicare Advantage and Life Insurance lines of business. Acting as the primary external-facing liaison with production vendors this individual ensures campaigns run on schedule meet compliance requirements and are delivered with excellence. The Campaign Coordinator partners cross-functionally with Media Legal and Business Teams while also supporting internal stakeholders in creative development asset QA and performance analysis.

This position requires both organizational precision and production know-how including the ability to independently lead on-set activities manage vendor communications and oversee critical workflow systems. Success in this role demands a go-getter mentality high energy and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate can pivot quickly prioritize against evolving business goals and maintain strong organization while managing multiple campaigns at once. Some travel is required.

Key Responsibilities

Production & Campaign Coordination

  • Manage the end-to-end execution of video production campaigns across Medicare Advantage and Life Insurance from concepting and scripting through production and post-production.
  • Serve as the primary liaison with external production partners to ensure seamless communication efficient scheduling and on-time delivery of assets.
  • Lead on-set as stakeholder when needed maintaining schedules and ensuring creative vision and compliance standards are met.

Cross-Team Collaboration

  • Partner with internal teams including Media Legal and Business stakeholders to align on campaign asset delivery to meet campaign goals and go-live dates.
  • Provide proactive updates and solutions to keep projects on track and remove blockers.
  • Recap and perform administrative tasks as follow up.

Workflow & Compliance Management

  • Maintain accurate project tracking across platforms like SharePoint Jira and RedOak.
  • QA all campaign creative assets for compliance feedback and guidelines from scripting to pre and post production before final delivery
  • Coordinate final asset approvals to dub houses and manage proper storage and archival processes.

Creative & Asset Support

  • Support the creation of presentation materials and brand-facing decks for campaigns and internal meetings.
  • Maintain organized libraries and indexing systems for creative asset analysis and testing insights.

Strategic Support & Analysis

  • Conduct ongoing market and competitor research to inform creative strategies.
  • Analyze performance data to provide recommendations on creative optimizations

Compensation and Benefits

Base salary range and benefits information for this position are being included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that base salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors including but not limited to location of the role individual competencies education/professional certifications qualifications/experience performance in the role and potential for revenue generation.

Compensation

The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $65000 to $75000 USD per year. This role is also eligible to participate in the annual bonus program.

Qualifications
Qualifications
  • 35 years of experience in marketing project management advertising or production coordination (agency or in-house preferred).
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple deadline-driven projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently and exercise judgment in fast-paced production environments.
  • Excellent communication skills with experience of liaising between external vendors and internal business teams.
  • Familiarity with Jira Extreme Reach and ad production management tools (preferred).
