Position Title: Clinical Nurse (RN) Mental Health

Location: Bunbury (onsite parking provided)

Part-time 60 hours per fortnight (0.6 FTE)

Position Overview

We are currently seeking a dedicated and passionate Clinical Nurse or Registered Nurse Mental Health to join our this role you will contribute to our mission by delivering clinical care coordination across the South-West region. This is a Part-time position (60 hours per fortnight) with the potential for flexible work arrangements. The role will primarily be based in Busselton with occasional outreach to Manjimup as required.

Key Components of the Role

  • Deliver clinical care coordination and manage a caseload of clients across the South-West region within a person-centred delivery model.
  • Develop and review integrated care plans conduct assessments ensuring risks are identified and controlled.
  • Collaborate with General Practitioners and external organisations providing feedback referrals and advocacy on clients behalf.
  • Contribute to data reporting maintain accurate electronic client records and ensure compliance with professional registration and supervision requirements.
  • Participate in Clinical Review meetings and client triage.

What you bring

  • Qualifications: Registered Nurse with mental health experience current and unimpeded registration with AHPRA
  • Experience: Experience in mental health nursing clinical care coordination and working with diverse populations
  • Skills: Strong communication assessment and organisational skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team

Other Requirements:

  • The right to work in Australia
  • A valid WA drivers licence
  • A valid and clear police check
  • A Working with Children Check (WWC)
