Responsibilities
Northside Hospital is seeking a primary care provider to join our Johns Creek & Milton office in North Metro Atlanta GA. The ideal candidate will be full-time (office-based) and possess a strong commitment towards providing high-quality care.

Qualifications
Education Training & Experience
- MD/DO from U.S. Accredited Program
- BC/BE Internal Medicine
- Active or ability to obtain an active medical license in the state of Georgia
- Experienced provider preferred (3 years post residency)
