Join Seronda Networks as a Customer Service Assistant

Location:Houston TX (On-site Must work from the office)

Work Type: In-person (strictly on-site)

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Assistant to join our dynamic this role you will be the first point of contact for our customers responsible for providing exceptional service and support. You will engage with customers through various communication channels including phone calls emails and chat ensuring their inquiries and issues are addressed promptly and effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and chat in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Assist customers with product information orders and troubleshooting issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our database.
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints effectively and efficiently.
  • Provide feedback to management on customer insights and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in customer service are a plus.
  • Proven experience in a customer service role or related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficient in using computer systems and software including CRM tools.
