Job Summary
Thompson Auto Group is seeking a reliable and motivated individual to join our Company. This role is key to keeping our facilities running smoothly and providing a clean safe and efficient environment for our employees and customers.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Facility and Equipment Upkeep: Regularly clean and maintain all company facilities and equipment to ensure a pristine and operational environment. This includes but is not limited to service bays and common areas.
Waste Management: Efficiently collect and dispose of trash and recycling materials throughout the premises adhering to all safety and environmental guidelines.
Daily Maintenance: Proactively identify and address routine maintenance needs. Be prepared to perform a variety of duties as they arise demonstrating flexibility and a problem-solving approach to ensure the smooth operation of the company. This could include minor repairs restocking supplies or assisting other departments as needed.
Qualifications:
Experience: While prior experience in a maintenance role is preferred it is not strictly required. We are committed to training the right candidate who demonstrates a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.
Key Skills: Possess a keen attention to detail ensuring that all tasks are completed thoroughly and to a high standard. Strong time management skills are essential to prioritize tasks and effectively manage a diverse workload.
