We are seeking a highly organized and proactiveVirtual Assistantto provide critical financial administrative and customer support for our multiple businesses. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bookkeeping and inventory management excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently to streamline our backend operations. This is an exciting opportunity for a dependable individual to play a key role in our companys continued growth.
Bookkeeping & Financial Support:Manage daily financial tasks including transaction entry and reconciliation with expert proficiency inQuickBooks Online.
Inventory & CRM Management:Maintain accurate inventory records and manage client data and workflows within CRM platforms with a focus onGo High Level.
Scheduling & Coordination:Handle scheduling for installations and appointments ensuring efficient coordination and clear communication with clients and technicians.
Client Communication:Serve as a primary point of contact for clients managing inquiries and providing exceptional customer service via phone and email.
Administrative Tasks:Perform various administrative duties to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Experience:Proven experience in a bookkeeping or administrative support role.
Technical Skills:Must be proficient in QuickBooks Online.Experience with a CRM platform specificallyGo High Level is a plus.
Communication:Excellent written and verbal English communication skills are required.
Language:Fluency inSpanishis a significant advantage.
Work Style:A self-starter who is quick to learn dependable and can work autonomously.
