Job Description

We are looking for a Bank Reconciliation Specialist to join our diverse and dynamic this role you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial records by performing daily bank reconciliations managing high-value transactions and supporting various financial processes. You will play a crucial part in maintaining smooth financial operations and enhancing the organizations financial health and success.

What will be your main responsibilities


Bank Transactions and Reconciliation:

  • Performing daily bank reconciliations for company accounts.
  • Managing high-value transactions including business wire and trade transfers.
  • Investigating and resolving discrepancies between bank statements and internal records.
  • Ensuring proper documentation and accuracy of all transactions.

Accounts Payable Process:

  • Accurately tracking and processing supplier invoices.
  • Verifying payment amounts and outstanding balances.
  • Ensuring timely payments to vendors.

Monthly Data Control:

  • Assisting with the monthly process of document control and validation.
  • Supporting the preparation of financial reports as needed.


What are we looking for

  • At least 2 years of experience in bank reconciliation or a similar accounting role.
  • Strong understanding of financial processes and reconciliation procedures.
  • Excellent analytical organizational and communication skills.
  • Keen attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Experience with ERP software is considered an advantage.
