About the role
In this role youll coordinate the day-to-day performance of the Meter Reading Management (Metro) team and assist the Supervisor in fostering a constructive team culture focused on safety and continuous improvement.
Supported by a strong team you will be responsible for the analysis of operational performance and development of strategies and programs for staff engaged in meter reading activities to meet reading program targets and requirements.
Youll manage resource planning and scheduling while supporting workforce development and performance management.

Youre a strong communicator who enjoys variety in your work and takes pride in supporting your team and customers. You go the extra mile to get things done and bring a practical solutions-focused approach to your day-to-day responsibilities.
Youre confident managing day-to-day queries from staff and have experience handling administrative tasks with accuracy and efficiency. You understand the importance of effective scheduling and resource planning and youve had exposure to managing people and navigating people-related matters.
