Job Description
MRI Wausau a division of Angott Search Group is pleased to partner with a $370 million Iowa bank in their search for an Agricultural Lender. Were looking for a motivated professional to join their team and help serve the local farming community.
As an Agricultural Lender youll be responsible for originating servicing and growing a portfolio of agricultural loans. Youll work directly with local farmers and ranchers understanding their financial needs and providing tailored solutions. This role requires a professional who is passionate about agriculture and building long-term relationships.
What Youll Bring
- At least 2 years of lending experience preferably in agricultural or commercial lending.
- A solid understanding of agricultural financial practices including crop cycles livestock and relevant market trends.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and trust with clients.
- A dedication to the local community and the success of the areas agricultural businesses.
