At WTW we help organisations make smarter fairer and more competitive pay decisions. Were looking for a Lead Associate to join our Survey & Analytics team in the Rewards Data Intelligence (RDI) practice someone ready to step up own client relationships and shape the future of pay insights.
In this role youll act as a trusted advisor to several UK-based clients managing survey partnerships analysing compensation trends and delivering insights that drive real impact. Youll also work closely with colleagues across Europe contributing to innovative solutions in industries such as Energy Retail Construction and Manufacturing.
