We are currently looking for a Senior or Mid-Payroll Specialist to join our dedicated team in this role youll have the opportunity to work with international clients ensuring seamless payroll operations across various industries. You will be part of a highly skilled team committed to delivering excellence in Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions.

Join the team of skilled Payroll Specialists based in Taastrup Denmark.

Your Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee end-to-end payroll processing.
  • Ensure accurate and timely payroll calculations deductions and tax compliance.
  • Handle complex payroll queries and issues providing expert solutions.
  • Maintain and update payroll-related data.
  • Conduct payroll audits and implement process improvements.
  • Stay informed about current payroll regulations and ensure compliance.
  • Process payroll in the system with control checks and validation.
  • Prepare and share accurate payroll reports.
  • Handle client requests through the C4C system and by phone.
  • Maintain archives.
  • Work closely with HR Finance and other teams to keep payroll running
  • Train and support junior team members on payroll tasks.

Experience and education

  • Minimumof5yearsexperienceinDanishpayrollprocessing.
  • ProfessionalproficiencyinbothDanishandEnglish(writtenandspoken).
  • SolidskillsinExcelandotherMicrosoftOfficeapplications(intermediatetoadvancedlevel).
  • Strongattentiontodetailnumericalaccuracyandabilitytomeetdeadlines.
  • BachelorsdegreeinFinanceorarelatedfieldorequivalenteducationandexperience.
  • ExperiencewiththeSAPHRmoduleisaplus.
