What Youll Do:

    • Serve as the primary administrator for core CRM and GTM systems (Salesforce Sales Cloud & Service Cloud required).
    • Familiarity with Revenue tools (Clari Gong ZoomInfo) CPQ/CLM tools (Docusign Document Generator Ironclad) and marketing automation (HubSpot Marketo or Pardot)
    • Clear communication and project management skills with the ability to translate business objectives into technical requirements and design solutions that are built to scale.
    • Strong data management skills including data hygiene reporting and dashboard creation.
    • Understanding of GTM processes cross-functionally to partner with RevOps Sales Marketing and CS stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into system solutions.
    • Manage and optimize the GTM tech stack including user access roles permissions integrations workflows and automation to support lead management pipeline processes and customer lifecycle operations.
    • Develop and maintain dashboards reports and analytics to deliver actionable insights troubleshoot and resolve system issues and serve as the technical partner for GTM teams.
    • Support tool evaluations technology rollouts and change management initiatives while providing training and documentation to ensure effective adoption and usage across Sales Marketing and Customer Success.

What You Have:

    • 5-7 years of hands-on experience administering CRM and GTM systems with strong Salesforce expertise preferred.
    • Working knowledge of GTM processes across the full revenue funnel (Marketing Sales Customer Success).
    • Experience with marketing automation (HubSpot Marketo or Pardot) and sales engagement tools (Outreach Salesloft or similar).
    • Familiarity with integrations APIs and workflow automation within a multi-system GTM stack.
    • Strong data management skills including data hygiene reporting and dashboard creation.
    • Ability to balance multiple requests prioritize effectively and deliver on deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    • Clear communication skills with the ability to explain technical solutions to non-technical users.

    • Initial Team Round - 30 minute 1:1 with Pollys Head of Operations
    • Assessment - 45 minute Assessment Presentation
    • Post Assessment Rounds (4)- 30 to 45 minute Peer and/or Cross Functional Team Members
