About the role
Join our training team in Greenville where youllcoordinate and support training events across the US working closely with sales teams and partners. Youll manage logistics communications and help deliver a world-class training experience.
- Coordinate quarterly training sessions in collaboration with Field Trainers and Regional Sales Managers (RSMs) ensuring dates locations and content are aligned.
- Support Regional Field Trainers by managing their calendars booking travel and accommodation and ensuring all event and travel details are accurately recorded.
- Manage all training and event listings in the Training & Events Manager system including sending invites tracking confirmations managing attendance and closing out events with certificates and feedback emails.
- Act as the main contact for venues handling bookings negotiating contracts arranging catering AV and supplies and coordinating with vendors.
- Host regular check-in calls with sales and training teams to plan and align on upcoming training needs.
- Maintain an up-to-date cost tracker for all venue bookings and related event expenses.
- Collect feedback after each training session update training activity and feedback spreadsheets and share insights and leads with RSMs/ISRs to improve future events.
- Oversee the shipping and return of training and event equipment including the Sales Kiosk program and replace any missing or damaged items.
- Administer the Learning Management System (LMS) including user setup reporting and basic troubleshooting.
- Produce a monthly report summarising training activity for the senior leadership team.
- Analyse past training data to identify trends and suggest new training opportunities or locations.
- Help plan and participate in internal training team meetings including preparing agendas and contributing to discussions.
What are we looking for
- Experience in a customer-facing or event coordination role with a strong focus on organisation communication and delivering a high standard of service.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure using initiative to solve problems and maintain a positive proactive approach.
- Confident working with internal and external stakeholders or customers building strong relationships including negotiating with suppliers or venues and coordinating logistics across teams.
