Job Description

This is your job:
Our websites are the digital face of the Group and most of them run on Webflow. To further develop maintain and continuously improve them we are looking for you: a Web Designer / Frontend Developer (m/f/d) with a focus on Webflow.

  • Design and implementation of Webflow websites and landing pages.
  • Further development of existing pages: modules templates animations interactions.
  • Responsive web design optimization for desktop tablet and mobile.
  • Implementation of designs from Figma into the Webflow CMS.
  • Support in technical SEO measures (performance loading speed structure).
  • Contribution to UX/UI and conversion optimization concepts.
  • Close collaboration with design marketing and copywriting teams.
  • Bringing ideas and inspiration for new trends and technologies in web design.
Your profile:
  • 23 years of professional experience in web design / frontend development.
  • Solid knowledge of Webflow (CMS structures modules interactions).
  • Good knowledge of HTML and CSS (JavaScript is a plus).
  • Experience with Figma or similar design tools.
  • Strong sense of UX/UI design and a keen eye for aesthetics and details.
  • Independent reliable and structured way of working.
  • Very good English skills French or German is a plus.
Nice to have:

  • SEO know-how & experience with tools such as Google Analytics Search Console or Matomo.
  • Experience with image editing (e.g. Photoshop Canva).
  • Basic knowledge in responsive design PHP or MySQL.
