DescriptionWork Schedule:
100% FTE Day/Evening Shift Role Weekday shifts starting as early as 6 AM and end as late as 6 PM depending on the need. Normally 8 hour shifts.
1 required weekend shift every 4 weeks.
1 required holiday annually. You will work at UW Health Northern Illinois in Rockford Rockton/Roscoe Loves Park and Belvidere.
Additional components of compensation may include:
- Evening night and weekend shift differential
- Overtime
- On-call pay

Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (or foreign equivalent as determined by the State of Illinois Department of Professional Regulation). Required
- Participates in educational programs on an ongoing basis and complete mandatory CEUs. Required
Work Experience
Licenses & Certifications
- Current license from the State of Illinois per department policy. An applicant for employment as a physical therapist must present acceptable evidence of licensure or authorization to test at the time of employment. An applicant who fails to provide this documentation will not be hired. A new employee will not be allowed to work as a physical therapist until evidence of licensure eligibility is provided. Required
- CPR certification. Required
